Title says it all.
Can the boys wear geox shoes with a white sole?
What kind of doors/storage do they need to take?
How much canteen $ do they need for one half and what kind of food do they need other than that?

And every other tip you can recommend to help me out! Thank you!

A beach chair
I think 100 dollars is enough for canteen but you can also start with 50 and refill in middle of the summer, You can email them a cc for canteen in middle of camp.

I think geox shoes with white soles is fine but mine happened to have all black ones.

Storage: Rubbermaid box with snacks and nosh
And a set of 3 drawers (which they sometimes use as night-table as well.
Also a clip on fan is useful.

Whatever can be used with batteries is preferable over something that needs a plug outlet.

What’s the beach chair for?

I actually got a battery one but returned it for a plug in one coz I figured it would last longer. Maybe I’ll swap back lol.

Bumping this up. Does anyone have a detailed list of stuff to send?
Also how much clothing, socks, and underwear?
My son claims the boys say they do their own laundry?
Final question - gor a boy who is entering 8th grade but not yet bar mitzvah (most of his classmates are), what kind of shirts should he wear? And what shirts do the bar mitzvah boys wear?
I'm clueless and need to start stocking up or the expense will be too much right before camp

Please help!

TIA

Bar mitzvah wear white. Not sure about almost BM though.

They don’t do their own laundry. It gets sent out. Some bunks have a small washing machine at the back so they technically can do a small load if they want to but not every bunk has a working one. Send a small pack of detergent just in case if he’s the type to like to do his own.

IIRC the list says 10 of each item.

This is what’s meant by beach chair: https://www.amazon.com/Lafuma-.....r=8-3
Don’t be scared by the price, Amazing Savings or the Dollar Store has it for a few dollars.
Try not to send more than is necessary, the space is very tight.

Yeah I think it's called a camping chair. Bingo had them for $10 or $15 last year. They only last one season anyway so buy cheap.

My kids are in a different camp, but apparently they enjoy it in all camps.
