For the blood, spray with windex. Rub the fabric together and make sure the blood is breaking down. Spray more if needed. Make sure stain is out and then wash in machine with detergent as usual.
Was it a permanent marker?

Hydrogen peroxide also works for blood. Just pour it on and let it soak up. Then wash as usual.
