Sorry can't help you with that recipe but I just blended frozen strawberries and blueberries with whipped cream and it's delish!!! I do have other recipes for you if you're interested although not sure it's what you're looking for

Here's a few more:
Strawberry Ice cream

1 bag frozen strawberries, defrosted
¾ cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sweet red wine
dash salt

In mixer, beat egg whites and sugar just until frothy. Add strawberries, lemon juice, wine and salt. Start at low speed and gradually increase, mixing for a total of 15 minutes. Mousse will be stiff.

Probably works in a food processor too

Another,

Try 2 egg whites (I use the pasteurized egg whites in a carton), 3/4 C -1 C sugar (depending on sweetness of strawberries) and 1 lb of strawberries hulled. Process till pink and fluffy and freeze

Or

It's more of a sorbet than an ice cream, but yeah, great texture, very easy to serve.
I package frozen strawberries (I think the recipe says 4 cups but it's pretty flexible)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar

Blend very well in the food processor with an S blade (let it go a few minutes longer than you think). Freeze for 6 hours, then put back in the food processor and puree again. Return to freezer.

Hope these are helpful ❤️

I do this but I find 1/2 cup sugar is enough. Also for Pesach we threw in a banana and it was delicious.

ETA works great with grape juice too.

I melt a little of this as a drizzle for my cheese blintzes for Shavuos. It takes it to the next level.

I got this recipe from this site and we really like it, quick and easy:

https://www.imamother.com/foru.....61826

"Strawberry or mango sorbet. So easy, quick, and yummy: mix w/ S blade of food processor 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 16 oz bag FROZEN strawberries or mangos (I've made both, both r delicious & gives ppl options) until very smooth & then freeze in container. So refreshing after a heavy meal.

The key in getting a smooth texture is doing it while the fruit is frozen. If u like very sweet add a bit more sugar..."
