How long until I can feel comfortable going out with my toddler without him wearing a pull up as protection? I feel like I can’t be more than sixty seconds from a bathroom…

I recently trained my son. After two weeks I was ok going out with him for 2 or 3 hours. Make sure he uses the bathroom before going out.

Once my kids are trained I ditch pampers and never buy pull ups. They figure it out

Ditto.
I ditched pull ups and diapers immediately. Only for night time.
Yes, the first time I took him to the grocery 2 blocks from house to buy TWO things, he peed on the floor.
For months after, when we went into that aisle, he always made a big announcement that he peed on the floor there.
But I didn't show him that a pull up is an option.

Once my kids pee and poop consistently in the toilet, they go out without a pull up.
