Dd has rash/flaky/itchy behind ear.
What can it be? I'm thinking if it's fungal??
Anyone had that and can tell me treatment that worked?
I took out her earring. But it's still all bloody and flaky skin. Tia!

I had this as a kid. Went to a dermatologist and got a steroid cream to treat it - it was the only thing that worked because otherwise I picked it every time it started to heal.

She probably has a nickel allergy b/c the earrings are not real gold/silver. Happens to lots of ppl including me. Keep the earring out for a week or two to allow it to heal and then buy her real or nickle free earrings.
