Does it take time to get used to the taste of Sour Dough? A neighbor prepared some Sour Dough bread for our family and its very hard. Also it has a weird taste. Is the bread not being done right or out taste buds? I don't want to mention a problem to the neighbor. (She is an older woman).

Sourdough does have a slightly tangy taste. It can take time to get used to if you don’t automatically like it
