how much u want to loose: 14 lbs

what diet are u on: MY OWN!

excersize youre doing: walking 1/2 hr e/ night

other: lost 6 lbs in 2.5 wks

how much u want to loose: 20 pounds (pregnancy weight)-plus another 15 pounds from previous pregnancies

what diet are u on: weightwatchers

excersize youre doing: exercise bike

other: lost 10lb so far in about 2 months

How much you want to lose: 40 altogether but right now ill settle for 20.

what diet: a mixture of South Beach and Weight Watchers

exersize: I used to walk a ton but now I have to get back into routine

other: I've lost 40 pounds so far!

how much u want to loose: Another 25-30 pounds, I have lost 25 in the last 3 months

what diet are u on: Weight Watchers, Love it!

excersize youre doing: Nothing really. I hate excersize

other: I lost 4 pound the last 2 weeks.

Im the happiest when I loose weight....

I know I missed the day but here goes anyways:

how much u want to loose: 70-80 lbs. but I'm willing to give it 2 years.

what diet are u on: No white flour, no white sugar, no white anything!

excersize youre doing: I'll copy tovasmom - Nothing really. I hate excersize

other: I've been off my diet since I gave birth, gotta get back on.

how much u want to loose: 40 pounds (post baby fat from 2 kids)

what diet are u on: hmmm... not really any yet. I am trying portion control

excersize youre doing: curves 3x a week, walking with the stroller, crunches for my stomach

other: I'm nursing now, and I found that I gained five pounds- and it is so depressing. I probably should go on weight watchers.

Week one down!

How much did you lose? 1/2 lb.

What worked for you? Being more aware of what I'm eating

What can you improve on? Eating more regularly, less noshing

Comments: This week was my dh's b/day - choc. cake! We went to a dinner that was one big hor deurves (sp?) party! Hopefully, this week will be better. It's hard to get back on once you've been off for 12 wks.!

Comments: I am an emotional eater. It's very hard not to eat when I'm upset.
