Metal blech is heavily stained and black
What can I use stronger than soap /sponge/brush to get it looking like new? Or at least a lot better !

My dad let it soak with cleaner and used steel wool.
He also let boiling water out of the urn running it over the stain to let it soften. And used a single edge razor blade to get it off but that can be tricky and dangerous I'd you are inexperienced.
