My child gets upset every morning that the line on his socks at the toe is uncomfortable. Does anyone have suggestions for socks for a child that is sensory like this?

I've spent about forty years being upset about the same thing.
I've learnt to position the seam slightly upwards, so that it is above my toe nails and I don't feel it. If it shifts during the day it drives me mad, and normally requires an emergency trip to the bathroom to take the whole stocking off and start again.
You can learn to live with it, and they'll eventually find their own solution, like I did, but I've not come across anything without that seam. I've sometimes considered learning to knit my own...

Many kids brands socks have a very thin line that's on top, not at the edge, of the toes. Florence socks has an almost invisible line with no seam.
You can also put the socks on inside out.
