I like the idea of the candy grams if it can be done like a 'grab bag' style. Where everyone picks out a name to whom she needs to send the candy to. So everyone gets one and just one.

This candy gram argument reminds of a very cute game which we played but can also be a bit awkward for the non popular kid.
Everyone wears a disposable poncho, then everyone gets a marker and goes around putting their signature or a message onto other girls ponchos. It was really cute but when no one was writing on my poncho it felt awkward.. So I quickly ran to write on someone else's. Some girls' ponchos were super scribbled up while some were less scribbled up...

twister with paint- make a twister board with washable paint and play and enjoy the mess!
cake challenge- divide the girls into groups, each group gets a set of cake ingredients (not measured) they need to make a cake without a recipe. The best tasting cake wins
scavenger hunts
Crazy kickball- the rules are the same as regular kickball, except in order to progress from base to base, they need to first complete a challenge (bounce a ball x amount of times, throw a ball into a hoop, jump rope x amount of times etc) They need to compete against the girl from the other team who is on the base. If the other team wins the challenge that is an out, If the base runner completes the challenge, she can go to the next base

sadly my days counseloring camps is over
but now ive got my kids and their friends to entertain and this has quite a selection

Show your true colors, envelopes of who's most likely questions written on them and everyone gets a color. This can be done by giving out colored necklaces or something. There's a bunch of colored paper cut up into squares in the middle of the circle of girls and the envelopes get passed around and they answer by putting in the color of the person's they think is most likely to... necklace.

Circle tag, kids run in one direction to form a circle, they can only tag the person in front of them, once tagged. Really different kind of tag. You can probably find clearer instructions on YouTube.

Elbow tag. Capture the flag, Escape from Russia (Google should have otherwise pm I'll give you the whole thing)

Dip painting
Fill a large container with water. Use spray paint and liberally spray the top of the water. Use multiple colors, spraying inside of the one you have previously done. Dip whatever you want to paint inside it, water bottles, mugs, phone case, vase... the colors should swirl nicely and it dries pretty quickly.

Flower crowns are wreaths. There are some easy photo tutorials online.

Color run is a marathon/race where the kids wear oversized white t shirts and at different intervals counselors throw powdered chalk on them. It's just another way to make exercise fun and get dirty Wink
