What is your favourite parenting book that you have had some success with? What method do you use for disciplining your child? Anyone ever tried any of the online parenting courses? I am looking for a new way of dealing/disciplining preschoolers.

I don't know about for discipline, but I found the "1st 12 months of LIfe" as well as the "2nd 12 months of LIfe" invaluable.
re: discipline, what really works is being a "dugma chaya", davening, and choosing your battles carefully. Once you've said something, do your darnedest not to back out of enforcing it.

Not a Jewish book (but nothing in it anti Jewish)
How to talk so kids will listen, and listen so kids will talk
http://www.amazon.com/How-Talk.....r=8-1
They also have a book on siblings. Very helpful for dealing with preschoolers and older.
