I think the small grocery on empire and brooklyn avenue accepts wic.

Empire kosher recently started taking wic so now that's (off the top of my head) Klein's, empire kosher, koshertown, kol tuv and kahan's that take wic. Don't think kol tuv delivers but the rest do afaik.

this is correct. but I dont think any of these stores will deliver an order thats only wic items.

since covid, all appointments have been over the phone. but they still need forms, so youll have to email or fax it.. the office is open if its easier for you to walk in.
as for who needs forms, you need to ask cuz not everyone needs every time.

All the stores will deliver if it’s over their minimum amount for delivery.
The ones with Fruits and Veggies are Klein’s on Empire and Empire Kosher.
*sunshine pharmacy takes wic (probably mainly for formula).

Kol tuv definitely delivers. It just needs to be over a certain dollar amount. It can be all wic items.
Empire kosher also delivers. They just ask you to put the wic items first.
