In NJ you need a teacher's cert. to do EI, for which you need a master's to get.

It may depend what service you are looking to provide- pt, ot or speech there is no way you can get licensed with a bachelor's. And I've never heard of a PTA or a cota doing ei.
For special instruction/developmental intervention or whatever they call it in your area that may depend on what your bachelor's is in and their requirements

I know of COTAs who do EI. They work for YVY.
