We're bh under contract in Howell after being priced right outta Lakewood like so many young couples. We are iyh moving to Brentwood Estates area (Tioga, Church, Hialeah, near Sami, Sweet Gum etc)
We're heimish but very chilled, just curious if anyone knows of heimish ppl that bought/are buying there, and if there are any plans for a heimish minyan there anytime soon? (I was told by a few ppl that heimish bought on my block but so far have yet to hear names, which is fine, just curious:)
(Yes I know we shld have gone to Ramtown. We didn't hear abt it till it was too late. Oh well)

I'm the OP from this thread. We are iyh going to have a minyan by September! If anyone has questions happy to answer them, we would love more frum neighbors!
