Yes. Many times over the years. Just happened about a month ago we got off the wrong stop from the train, and the walk to where we needed was about 20 minutes. (instead of 5).
HYE had to have a school test signed by your parent with not a great test score?

Yes. B"H, my parents didn't berate me if I sometimes had a low test mark, as long as I'd learned for the test. So I wasn't terrified to show them a low mark test.
And I do the same with my children.
As a punishment in school did you ever have to write 500 or more times a specific sentence?
We called it lines.

Yes  but I quickly noticed my error when I didn't recognize any of the people in that hall. (There are 3 wedding halls in that same building.)
Did you ever want to wish Mazel Tov to the bride or groom's grandmother, and went to the mother, mistaking her for the g/m?
