Schnitzel has a bread coating. That’s enough starch for me.

Bulges
Corn

If you are so concerned about health, wouldn’t you be better off with grilled chicken breast instead of schnitzel?

Potatoes have a lot of healthy, necessary nutrients that your children need. Sweet potatoes are very similar to potatoes but are higher in vitamin A.

It’s a myth. Do some research on google. And it doesn’t cause weight gain if eaten in moderation, just like any other food.

Here’s just one article. Obviously you don’t need to eat potatoes every day, but don’t write them off as unhealthy. If they’re deep fried they’re unhealthy, the same way deep fried green beans are.

No specific food causes weight gain in a typical person. Weight gain is caused by either consuming too many calories or having a medical condition that causes the body to store the calories it's supposed to burn. Certain medical conditions are triggered by diet composition.

It's not! Children need a balanced meal that they somewhat like.
