Hi
Im trying to plan a much needed one week vacation
Probably not over shabbos if its too complicated
Looking for a villa with a pool, kosher food in the area
Minyan would be a plus
Expense of airfare is not an option now so seeking someplace driving distance from NY
Just for myself Dh & baby
All recommendations appreciated!

A nice villa with private pool will have been booked up long ago, and anything still available now will likely be quite expensive or in bad condition. You may have better luck finding a nice place to stay near kosher food and minyan, and then finding a Swimply private pool rental nearby.

I’d give up on kosher food. Then you have way more options.
Like Lancaster has homes with pools and minyan - but not kosher food.
Maybe look in areas around lkwd, Jackson (official Airbnb is illegal in Toms River so less likely to find outside of the Jewish sites)
