Well, if it's for tonight, then we'll have to stick to the tri-state area. But if your favorite restaurant is elsewhere, then maybe we'll take a trip during the summer.

Op is looking for a trip based around an out of this world restaurant. I wouldnt say doma is one in the world. There good but was disappointed when we made the trip from Brooklyn.
Op, people go to Chicago just for the night to a restaurant there.

Shallots is very good. We were there on vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed.
Has anyone here gone to that asiatikomiami one in Miami?

I have not because they few times I tried to get a reservation I'd have had to be willing to start my dinner at like 10:45 PM. No thanks. But I have many foodie friends who have been a few times and say it lives up to all the hype. Hope to make it there soon.
