Does anyone have any suggestions how to makes really good iced coffee using a keurig machine? The instructions say to brew over ice. The problem is that the hot brew melts the ice cubes, so I just end up with a really watery, diluted coffee. How can I retain the strong coffee flavor?

First make the coffee, then put in the ice cubes and pour milk right away. I actually prefer not using a keurig because I like to make a smallish amount of coffee but very concentrated and then put in the ice cubes and milk so the ice cubes really stay whole that way

This! A Keurig makes a more watered down coffee. I use instant coffee or a Nespresso machine for iced coffees because the coffee can be less diluted. Alternatively you can buy pre-made concentrated espresso like this https://www.traderjoes.com/hom.....50759

You need to make double strength coffee to not have it be watery.
Coldbrew is extremely easy to make and makes the best iced coffee.

Make coffee and freeze it in ice cube tray. Then pure over it hot coffee. Even if it melts it will still be strong.
Also only use 5ozs of water per k cup.

That's a great idea! I'm gonna try it!
