I can never figure out the system correctly. I'm either too early or too late.
I once called at 6:30am and the date for 2 days from then wasn't open yet. I called back at 8 and there were only late appointments available.

I need to go next Monday. I like to get the earliest appointment so I would need to call as soon as they open slots for Monday. When would that be? Motza shabbos? Or can I already call Friday? Or do I need to wait till Sunday?
Please help me figure out when would be the earliest I can book for next Monday. Thanks!

I think you would need to wait till ms. Call the second shabbos is over. The earliest you can make an appointment is three days before

You should call motzia Shabbos as soon as you can to get a good time.
I have to go tonight and made the mistake of only calling on Sunsay morning. They only had a 10:45. Thankfully I called them and they had something earlier

So I'm confused. I thought they said 2 days before. 3 days would mean I can already call Friday, no?

I believe the automated line has 3 options: 'today' 'tomorrow' and 'the next day' so technically Shabbos would be the first of the 3 days but since you can't call on Shabbos, MS would be the first time you can call.
Also, not totally sure but I think the new day 'opens' on the phone line at 7am (hence the 6:30 too early but 8:00 all booked, you want to try to call as soon as you can when it opens)

Like wandlfower said. Shabbos is three days before even though it’s not a day you can call

The phone line opens at 7:00 am, so if you all exactly then, you have a chance at getting the time you want. for Motzei Shabbos, call the second shabbos is over
