Definitely the candle factory. I always love walking through the street with lots of cute little touristy shops and art stores (Beis Yosef street?). See 2-3 of the shuls that are open. If you think they'd appreciate it and can handle LOTS of steps, you can go to the cemetery to daven at the kevarim of the Arizal and others near him. I believe Chabad there has a tefillin place where you can pay to get an interactive experience learning about how tefillin and mezuzos are made.
