There’s very little available. It will be hard to find with a pool. You might have an easier time finding something in monsey/rockland county. Look in all the frum newspapers- Yated, hamodia…

You may have better luck renting a regular house that will be easier to come by and much less $, and then try to find a pool on Swimply that you can rent for your private group to swim.
