We are looking to stay over shabbos somewhere in the Lincoln area with scenic views. Loon Mountain is mostly rented out so we are looking at a condo in Alpine Village. Can anyone who has stayed there share if there are decent views there or at least within a short walk from there on shabbos? Thanks.

Loon mountain was very Frum UN friendly. Receptionist therated to throw a frum looking couple , unprovoked. a rabbi called hotel management, and couple met with property manager a few days later, and clerk admitted he loses his cool from time to time, yet he is still there. Have fun!
Not shabbos friendly!
Holdaiy Inn near by was much friendlier, welcoming, and a pleasure.
local supermarket had kosher items for the summer (on sale at end of season)
gefilte fish, sparkling grape juice, matza, matza ball mix etc. beautiful area!

Any other experiences? The Chabad shliach told us that Loon and the other areas are extremely popular with frum Jews during bein hazmanim. There are definitely at least five different shabbos minyanim.

Did you look into Coolidge and clearbrook? They usually have minyanim.
