It’s for 2 people. Has coloured pegs that you need to make a pattern with the coloured pegs.
It had a little divider that prevented the opponent from seeing the pattern.
It had a regular version with 4 Colors & a more challenging version with 6.
Any idea what game I’m referring to?
Think is was master something …..

Oh, you're right!! There are 6 choices of color, but the code is 4.

What kind of patterns did a player make with the pegs?
In England, Mastermind is a game of 2 players: it has an oblong plastic board with rows of 4 holes and 4 colors pegs.
The object of the game was that one player placed 4 colored pegs in the 4 holes behind the divider.
The opponent had to guess the colors chosen and in which order they were placed until he got the row right. This was done by the opponent placing 4 pegs in the row, and the other player then placed black or white "clue" pegs which showed the opponent how he was doing in the guessing part. This was repeated until he got the row right.
I love this game!
Is this how Mastermind is played in the U.S.?
And what is ISO an abbreviation for?
TIA
