Authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, and neglectful
I don't know if you just wanted the names or to reread it. I don't have it. I read about parenting so I know what the types are.

Well, maybe someone else will have the page, I'll start.
Authoritarian is high expectations and low warmth. Punitive, lack of strong connection with child. Child obeys out of fear.
Authoritative is what we're aiming for. High expectations and high warmth. Parent maintains clear limits and boundaries but also connects with child. Respectful and collaborative methods are used. Instead of obeying out of fear, child is inclined to cooperate.
Permissive is low expectations and high warmth. Parent engages in no or very little limit setting.
Neglectful is low expectations and low warmth. Child is left to his own devices.
