Its parasites
U need to get anti parasitic medication and wait until worms pass (can be a few weekS)

Could be calcium and magnesium deficiency or other vitamins. Could be stress as well

My kids do this when they have strep.
Could also be a sign of compromised airway/mouth breathing/oral ties
And yes, parasites are a common cause.
