Yes, and there's a form you can download..and bring along to help figure out how many meals you get ....I think you can find it on Lakewood scoop

Food boxes

- Bnos Melech distribution of shabbos/weekend box
- Food boxes today by the public schools 4 pm 7 day boxes and weekend boxes for those that are only getting 5 day boxes
- Mesoras Hatorah will be distributing 5 day food boxes, tomorrow, Wednesday, at 7:30 Pm at 66 Neiman Road. To sign up – text: 848-326-8078, email: office@mesorashatorah.org, or call: 732-419-8553.
Please provide us with parent’s first and last name, cell phone, address, and number of children eligible. Eligibility is for children ages 0-18 who are not already receiving meals elsewhere. The box contains pastrami, corned beef, pizza crusts, pastries to go, frozen fruit, pickles and more.

No. here’s the text I got

Bnos Melech meal distribution will be on Thursday, July 21 at 8:00PM at 550 James St.

The weekday box will include milk, choc milk, yogurt, cheese, pizza bagels, wraps, tuna, peaches, muffins, hearts of palm, hot pepper, corn flakes, mango.

The shabbos box will include milk, grape juice, challah rolls, rugelach, gefilte fish, kugel, cucumber salad, jalapeno dip.

not a great shabbos box I guess instead of liver cole slaw they are giving gefilte fish

Why do they ask to fill out forms ? What happens if Someone takes boxes from few schools? Or they lie about how many children are at home?
