Anybody looking for a stunning house in Monsey in the heimishe gaygent?
Huge gorgeous and new living space + 2 bedroom rental with a tenant who has a 3 year contract + 2 bedroom apartment that can be spruced up and rented out.
I have house further out that I put down an offer on and it was accepted, but my buyer just backed out for personal reasons and now I'm waiting for a new buyer to come along...

Hmmm. Will try to figure out a way.
Main house is about 3000 square feet + an attic that is about another 800 feet, unfinished, + a studio basement.
Then there are the two apartments, a fully fenced in yard. Beautiful house. Let me see if I can make an email.

I’m also renting out a 2800 sq ft beautiful private center hall colonial , close to center of Monsey (Suffern borders Montebello) walking distance to many shuls and cafe. 1 min from exit 14B.
