Are there any pacifiers that have a similar nipple to the frigg pacifier, but with a larger plastic piece around it? My baby has been stuffing the entire pacifier in his mouth and it scares me. I think he will have a hard time getting used to a completely diff shape.

You might be surprised.
My kids never had trouble switching brands and shapes.

BIBS pacifiers are similar, Itsy ritsy also might be similar, though its entirely silicone and does not have any plastic.
My daughter is very particular about her pacifier so I hear the dilemma.
