What are common nicknames to call a baby named Avraham Avigdor. I really detest the name Avi and also don't like Avraham by itself.

Something completely unrelated: Our Avraham has a totally different nickname that we gave him as a baby and it stuck. It might just come organically and his friends will probably give him a nickname by junior high.

If you don't like Avraham by itself, just call him by the whole name. It rolls off the tongue quite well - it's the same amount of syllables as Chana Miriam, Sarah Tzipporah ie. 1st name 2 syllables 2nd name 3 syllables. (assume you'll slur Avraham to Avram)
Nicknames don't really need to be decided upon in advance - they usually just develop.

I know a few viggys, all teens, and they are totally cool with it. What’s wrong with viggy? (That’s what I was going to suggest)

Or Avraham or Avigdor alone.

Depends on the community you belong to. Avromy on its own or Avigdor on it's own.
I love the way people are giving nicknames that don't sound like the community you probably belong to.
