Are there any free, easy to use app that counts daily calories intake?
Im not looking for anything sophisticated, just want to keep track of my calories throughout the day and don’t want a monthly/ annual fee
Tia!

I tried this. It says 19.99 a month
I’m looking for one at no charge
I’m not sure if that exists

Cronometer I like how it can track nutrients and not just calories. Keep in mind that any database will have inaccuracies so it will take time to learn what you are doing. Just because the app says something has a specific amount of calories does not make it true. Additionally just because an app gives you a certain calorie goal does not mean that it will be most suited for you.
