Can I use a Betty Crocker for chicken on bone or won’t work? And how about potatoes? I’m in the country and only have Betty Crocker.

I think about 40 min, ad a bit of water later on to avoid burning. I use a meat thermometer

Yes. Slice the potatoes thinly and put them under the chicken. Cook twenty minutes with the lid down, twenty minutes open, and again twenty minutes closed.
