Because it's erev shabbos and also rosh chodesh?

I try to do cooler and quicker shower - not to linger.

Yeshivish use soap and cold water
Chasidish and sfardim shower reg.
Some Chasidim shower regular during week as well. I do. Because if you work with gentiles there is a heter.

I struggle with that. In the summer I always take cold showers, and I haven't used hot water for the past month or so. In hot weather I find it much more refreshing. I'm never sure how to change things during the nine days. I try to cut down the frequency.
