Is there a kosher hotel in Paris? Not too expensive. Or any hotel in an area with kosher restaurants.

I stayed at a hotel right near the Champs Elysees--Hotel Belfast. They are not a kosher hotel, but they are right around the corner from the Chabad on Champs Elysees, and were safe for Shabbos (I.e. actual front door with handle and rooms with metal keys). On Shabbos I had the meals at Chabad (including gourmet French pastries for dessert).
Here is the link to the Chabad's site in regards to tourist information (including restaurants nearby):

Hotel Le Tsuba is also in 17th district and near Champs Elysees. Do not have shabbos keys but room was clean and fresh. Lots of kosher nearby.
