No. Nursery could still wear socks and short sleeves.
I would not compare it at all like Bais Surah and TD

Beis hachinuch told me that ppl are switching to them from beis Rochel - they are more chasidish & ppl are more happy with them (with beis hachinuch)

It's two different schools. Bais Rochel is Yeshivish and speaks Lithuanian Yidish. Beis Chinuch is with it chasidish. Period.

and the owner of Bais Rochel told me that Bais hachinuch is not half as chasidish as them and I should rather go to B.H.
