I need to switch phone services from Verizon. Optimum won't work. I was suggested xchange Skywire. I was told, though, that service is disrupted for a few hours every time it rains.

Does anyone have personal experience with xchange? Does rain cause issue with service?

Also, when installing, do they need to run new wires in the home inside?
