What is considered "fashionably appropriate"? I normally don't put socks on him for day to day. What about for special occasions? Wedding?

If the wedding hall is heavily air conditioned, socks would be a good idea.

No comment about appropriate fashion.

Seems like everything goes nowadays. I wonder if my 7 month old nephew ever wears socks. He's either wearing something with footsies when it's cold, or it's no socks. I know that for his 2 year old sister, it's no socks, even for a dressy occasion - dressy shoes with no socks.
