I'm spending my last hours of the fast trying to plan mommy camp for the week and looks like it's raining a lot. Any suggestions for cheap indoor places to take a 4,3 and 1 year old?

Any more suggestions that are good for very young kids (no loud crazy noises and lights) and $15 or less per kid?
These are all so expensive or too overwhelming for my kids
