Hi!
Re the hot rollers. The one you posted isn't the right one for synthetic wigs. It has to have velvet on the roller. You style it when wet. I use heat on all synthetic wigs, curlers, straighter ect. Spray heat protection before using hot tolls always on the Lowest setting.

Not a shaitel macher but I have experience washing and setting my own wigs. You really don't need to use heat for a noriko. Roll up the bangs when its wet with velcro rollers, pin in place, dry overnight and you'll have beautiful volume that springs into place (assuming you like volume).
If it gets frizzy, use a synthetic conditioner spray like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q7PO49K/ and blow dry on lowest setting. I use a blower brush and brush and stretch in the direction I want the hair to go.
DO NOT use hot irons or curlers on your noriko, you'll burn it. Some synthetics can tolerate higher heat but not noriko.
