Anyone know where to catch a very late maariv? like 1am?? also are there any takeout places or groceries open?

Minyan may be tough but you can try Kol Shimshon or Satmar.
Grocery - I think Aisle 9 is open till 1 (till 2 on Thursday nights)
Takeout - yapchik closes at 1

Satmar on forest should have minyanim late and aisle 9 on route 9 very close to satmar should be open till 1
