I know that when I’m about to get my period my weight suddenly jumps up a few pounds…even if I’m not eating more.

Is the same true for ovulation time?

A few pounds? No. But I do get a bloated feeling.

Strangely, I don't have that weight increase before my period but I DO before ovulation. I find it very weird
