I'm on vacation and have
Oil
Eggs
Flour
Sugar
Brown sugar
Pareve milk
Some juice
Peanut butter
Chocolate covered nuts and cookies
Assorted nuts
Some maple butter (pareve) but not much
No rising agents or extracts or choc/cinn, yes I can buy but don't want to go shopping again.
I do have some duncan Hines but don't want Duncan Hines cake. Worst case I can justake that I guess.

You can probably make a blondie- it's gooey and doesn't rely on baking powder that much. Swirl in peanut butter instead of choc chips.
