Someone told me that no it's bec they were the first to open its own. Cuz mikva yisroel is a community mikva vs private.

I didn't chap anything you just said. Satmer also has its own mikvah so it's the same private but like you said whatever.
Also mikvah yisroel isn't chasidish. And I think this was the first mikvah with chasidish chumros.

Exactly. It's a community mikvah and then Klaus opened its own. Joke is that satmar did the same 20 years later.
