I started making chicken with pineapple, mushrooms and potatoes. Lay the fruit and veg on bottom. Cover with the chicken. And then put on thrme sauce of youf choice. We like chutney or bbq sauce. Then add some liquid, to be sure it doesnt burn. Stick it in the oven for 1.5 hours. Always a bit hit.
