I took out frozen chicken soup at about 6pm last night, left it in the sink and forgot about it until today in the morning.
Can I still use it?

Depends. Did it still have ice left in it? If it didn't then no you can't use it. Soup grows bacteria really quickly and you can get severe food poisoning from it.

If still frozen then maybe. Otherwise definitely not.

I’m not sure the temperature or if it had any ice in it. I saw it while I was rushing to work and just put it in the fridge
I left out frozen fish together with it and that smells perfectly fine but maybe soup would go bad quicker?
