Thanks for these ideas. Some of these are not freezer friendly. I forgot to specify. I was planning to make Potato knishes using the smaller size. I think I'll stick to the big ones because have that. I already have mashed potatoes. Thanks for the idea.

Thanks. Cinnamon buns using puff pastry is kind of interesting. But Cinnamon is not something my kids like. Thanks for replying though.

I use this size all the time. I make deli rolls with each square. After it’s baked I usually cut each deli roll in half.
I also make franks n blanks. Each hot dog gets wrapped in a square (with a little mustard). After I roll it up and coat with duck sauce, I cut up the roll into 4-5 pieces making perfect franks n blanks

I freeze these all the time

Yes. Franks in blankets is on the menu too but with the smaller size. I cut each small square in half. I already bought the smaller size and the cocktail franks.

I just use regular size hot dogs, roll them in the dough and cut them up

Pizza pockets. Place a spoonful of cheese and sauce mixture in the middle of the square. Fold and press down. Bake till golden. They freeze well before baked. Never tried after baking.

Wow! Thanks! This is a brilliant idea for a milchig supper. I'm trying to prep freezer meals for this year's hectic y"t season when kids will be home alot. We also have a huge family simcha coming up right after y"t and I'll be iy"h quite busy with it. Want to prep as much as I can before so at least the pressure of cooking is minimal.

I have another interesting question. Did anybody ever try freezing soup in pans? Containers take up alot more room than pans. I should really open another thread with this question.

Deli pockets/begger's purse. Shredded deli meats with some sautéed onion, mixed with a sauce. Small spoonful in the middle, bring up all the sides until you have a money bag and squeeze together. Freeze. Brush with egg and bake.

Meat bourekas. Grate onion, add ground beef, cumin, salt and mix. Place a small spoonful in the middle. Fold over square to get a triangle. Use the tines of a folk to seal the corners with a pretty pattern. Freeze. Egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake.
