Me too!!
can we start a real fun challenge here to loose 2 pounds a week.
I once tried these rules for a few weeks and really lost but I loose will power very quickly. Im an emotional eater so its really tough
RULES:
must eat breakfast first thing when I wake up
Drink 2 litres of water a day
No eating after 7
10 min a day cloe ting on utube exercises
No yeasty products.
The rest of day eat healthy. No major rules.

You only stop eating after 7? You eat the same diet the rest of the day?

Get off carbs and sugar.
Eat protein and veggies for lunch (up to two breads per day) and same for dinner.
Snacks are handful of nuts, pb, fresh fruit.

Water- Drink half of your body weight in ounces
Google TDEE Calculator put in your info and follow a macro based diet. It’s tedious to weigh and measure everything but once you start it becomes part of your life.
1gram of protein per pound of your target weight.
Don’t cut any food groups. Healthy balanced meals and be consistent.
