I’m really bad with listening to shiurim. I tend to space out a lot.
I want to do some sort of good cheshbon hanefesh Elul style. See where I’m at in my life and what I’m doing with it etc. I’m looking for that one shiur/speech that will guide me.
Not looking for ‘search up xxx speaker’. I want a specific link/shiur name etc that you know is good. If I listen to something and it isn’t what I want chances are I won’t listen to anything else.

No shiur recommendation but a basic proper chesbon nefesh is to write down how you want to grow and what you are grateful for.
