You do this for one day. Light 18 candles. After each candle that you light you say the tehillim which means you end up saying the tehillim 18 times. After the 18th time, קרע שטן gets said once

My husband did this for a medical thing he was going through and we saw instant results. He then did it for our child who was in hospital for a minor thing, and we were sent home the next day BH.
We obviously believe Hashem runs the world, but this segula sent R'Masya to be a shliach in changing the din to the outcomes we wanted.

Prepare 18 candles.
Light one candle and say
נר זה לכבוד רבי מתיא בן חרש שיתקבלו התפילות
Say פו from tehillim
Repeat the above with the remaining 17 candles
Once all 18 candles are lit, you say קרע שטן from קיט.
You ask for one thing and promise to publicize bli neder once you see the yeshua

Going to do it now. Prepared 18 candles already and dh laughing too already. Hopefully I'll soon be able to tell him "see?"
