I know you're supposed to just sear on both sides. I'm kinda eckled by the idea of raw fish (yep, never ever tasted raw sushi!) and I know if it's overcooked it'll be dry and inedible. Is there a way to make it not raw inside so it will taste good, with enough sauce etc?
(Anon in case you're on here, lovely person who bought me a piece of tuna : )

I also don’t like the idea of eating raw, so I cook it to just the point where it’s no longer pink/fleshy, it’s delicious! I use olive oil so it stays moist. It can get over cooked really quickly

Thanks, Skyblue.
Do you bake, broil, or sear in a frying pan?
No special spices?
